Solution Deployment
The ICT solution is a “turnkey” project in which System Innovation identifies the best hardware and/or software products and takes care of their implementation, integration and testing with existing systems, starting from the analysis of the customer’s specific request or need.
Following predefined general practices, System Innovation carries out the necessary interventions planned to implement the solution, including the installation, safety, updating and/or decommissioning of the systems.
It also configures the hardware, software or network to ensure the interoperability of the system components and to fine-tune any resulting defects, losses or incompatibilities.
System Innovation engages additional specialist resources if required, such as third-party providers.
It delivers the fully operational solution to the customer and completes the documentation by recording all relevant information, including equipment addresses, and configuration, performance and warranty data.

- Providing the user with initial support services and training during the start-up of the system
- Organizing, planning and managing any migration of existing data and systems (such as moving virtual machines or converting physical machines into virtual machines)
