System Innovation s.r.l. aims to implement and maintain the Occupational Health and Safety Management System through the application of the requirements defined by the UNI EN ISO 45001:2018 standard.
The Organization has always been committed to providing safe and healthy working conditions for the prevention of injury and illness related to activity, size, and context. Therefore, all activities are evaluated from the perspective of preventing all kinds of accidents and protecting people in the workplace.
The implementation of the System, applied both to activities carried out in its own offices and those managed at Clients, represents a concrete commitment to planning and adopting preventive measures. The goal is to reduce the risk of non-compliance, prevent accidents through adequate information and training of internal Personnel, and promote effective communication and awareness among all stakeholders.
System Innovation is also committed to pursuing goals that ensure Occupational Health and Safety in accordance with applicable mandatory requirements.
2. Principles and Goals for Worker Safety and Health.
The implementation of the Occupational Health and Safety Policy has been identified in the pursuit of the following objectives:
- Implement constant regulatory monitoring, identifying and monitoring applicable laws and regulations on Occupational Health and Safety, in order to update business processes and activities, thereby ensuring compliance with mandatory requirements and industry standards;
- focus efforts on analyzing all risks associated with work activities, both at company and Client sites, reviewing and updating processes to protect worker safety;
- Plan activities by taking preventive and protective measures, both individual and collective, to prevent accidental or emergency situations and mitigate their effects;
- Ensure that all Personnel are aware of and involved in Occupational Health and Safety (OSH) management through appropriate information, training and consultation to promote active participation and adopt behaviors in accordance with the objectives of the Organization’s OSH Management System;
- Minimize the chances of incurring accidents and Near Misses in the workplace.
In order to pursue these goals, System Innovation:
- Puts in place appropriate measures for the proper management of residual risks;
- Plans and implements appropriate training programs;
- Assigns personal protective equipment in order to avoid risky situations and unexpected events.
System Innovation, sharing the principles and objectives for Occupational Health and Safety, fully supports a program of maintaining the Management System in order to make it robust and continuously comply with regulatory requirements.
Company managements undertake to approve, formalize, disseminate and implement this Occupational Health and Safety Management System Policy.
